A Hydraulic Pipe Reducing Machine is a specialized industrial machine used to reduce the diameter of metal pipes—often for applications in construction, automotive, HVAC, and plumbing industries. It uses hydraulic pressure to form the pipe into a smaller diameter by forcing it into a die or mold, allowing for consistent, strong, and clean pipe ends without cutting or welding.
Rates are for 25 mm pipe x 0.3 mm thickness.

The pipe is clamped securely in place.

A hydraulic ram pushes the pipe into a reducing die (or set of dies).

The metal is compressed and reshaped as it moves through the die, forming a smaller-diameter end.
